The 39-year-old actress and mother of two daughters, Satyana, 4, and Keeva, 15 months, wore a tie-dye string bikini that showed off her toned physique.

While going for a dip in the water with husband Alexis Denisof, Hannigan stretched her arms over her head, making her ribs visible in the process. After welcoming Keeva last year in May, the American Pie actress tweeted about post-baby weight loss goals. "I think by Hollywood standards I'm supposed to be in bikini shape now that my baby is 4 weeks old," she tweeted. "My workout goal: Food drops in lap, not on belly."
